EHM Question

Hey.. i have a question concerning Eastside Hockey Manager.. i know this isnt exactly the place to post this.. but the video game section isnt very popular so i would wait an hour to get a response so im asking here.. umm i wanna update it cuz right now the habs roster has dackell audette. gilmour and all those ****** old players.. so i downloaded the updates but now my problem is i dont know what to do to use those updates.. if anyone could help i would appreciate it.. thanks!

Get EHM2005.....should solve all your problems. I did the try and buy option

[Prospector]

If you have the old version of eastside hockey manager, download the roster here
And then, create a new league with this roster. Select use defaut roster set.

Save the game. Go in your program files/EHM/Saves/*The name of the save*/league (a word file)... And finally change the year for 2006.

Is it EHM or NHL:EHM that you have?

Ugh.. i downloaded the rosters.. created a new leauge.. saved it.. put the rosters in the program files ehm league name and all that stuff.. and i reloaded the game and it is still the same old rosters.!!!

Anyway, if you use the old EHM game, I can shoot you my own roster that I update each their any kind of move

alright that would be cool.. but my problem is that i dont know how to update the roster.. like what i have to do for the game to be updated i tried to do what prospector said but for some reason it didnt work, do i have to put the folder in the saved league files or extract em all.. and paste em in there?

1. Click on Create a new game (or something like that).
2. In the window that opens, click to load roster.
3. Load the roster you downloaded
4. Save the game
5. Go to the saved game folder and open the file league.ehm in notepad
6. Change the date from 2001 to 2005.
7. Save the file
8. Open your game, have fun!

no the update files must be put in the main folder (unless you didn't load the good thing, what did you take on the link gived by Prospector?)
