All I know about him is hes been to many games, and I believe the name is an alias. He also visits the board from time to time so I imagine he could answer for himself.

Not his real name. He posts at Rodent's board sometimes.

I wish they would make some new Bobby Granger spots too. There's plenty of new material to work with now. Henke/Weekes, Niemo/Kaspar would be hilarious, maybe throw him out there with Orr and Hollweg for one.

New York City, Capital of the world, media market to no one, and the best that the Rangers can do is put out a putz like bobby granger. It's sad, but at least it's a step above the Knicks, and their dumb cardboard cut-outs. Wake-up advertising executives, and stop making NY a side show.

Why is he a putz? Wehn watching a Ranger game with a ton of my friends (mostly Buffalo fans) they always laugh at the B Granger commercials. Their favorite one is the Ville Nieminen one where he's swearing constantly.

Awards:
Some spots are better than others (the one where Kaspar and Kondratiev were taking him through the penalties was great, the one where he cuts JDs tie because there are no more ties was awful). I don't find Granger particularly compelling.

I think he's pretty good. My favorites of the commercials are the Czech language lessons by Jagr (leading to an angry response by Prucha), the Niemo swearing one and the Dominic Moore one (what?)

Unfortunately the Kaspar and Drats one where they go over the penalties is probably dead and buried, that was a good one.

Atleast NY media is aknowledging the sport again.

It would be nice for them to give as much press to the 1st place Rangers as they do to the LAST place Knicks.

Amazing rookie goalie, best player in the world, a team that actually plays like one unit with heart.

The most telling symbol of this was the huge poster of Messier on the Garden. The biggest ad profiling a NY Ranger this year features a man who doesn't play for them anymore.
