I think we are going to beat them senseless physically. They can't match our hitting, and, hopefully, with a good tongue lashing from Trotz after Chitcago, we'll bring it to the max.

I say this is close unless we can't contain Kovalchuk. He's never torched us, but it's not out of the realm of possibility.

On a good note, unless he aggravates the injury in either pregame skate, Kloucek will play.

3-2 Atl until I figured out we can play on the road.

In the Preseason, he was a killer. Still, Kovalchuk is the one on fire, not Savard. I think he is riding the coat tails of Ilja. He was good against us in the preseason, but I thought Kovalchuk was better. Stop Kovalchuk and I don't think Savard is going to kill us. We couldn't do either in the preseason.

We lost the Chicago game because we were too nice. We need to let the other team know they were in a hockey game.

This is a HUGE game already this season. A loss would drop us to .500
A road win against a team that hasn't lost in regulation would be a huge lift and a springboard going into the Avalanche game this weekend.
We need to hit hard and hit often.

There are only two ways we are going to win this game. #1: We are going to play a good combination of physical play and skating ability. Neither of which they can match. Or #2: We get lucky and they just don't show up. I'm not banking on the latter.
