That would be understandable if he actually watched the game yesterday. I was on a train to Philly, so I thankfully missed it.

It wasn't aired in Sweden, thank god.
I watched Nashville @ Sharks instead, that game was great to see.

Big game for Esche here. I think Nitty was good yesterday, but if Esche goes out and makes 25 saves and allows 1-2 goals, the goaltending controversy will probably heat up again.

No, if Esche gets a shutout the Nitty excusers will just say it was only because we were playing the Penguins. If he allows 1-2 against the "lowly" Penguins, the Nitty excusers will say it was a disgusting performance because we should kill the Penguins and not allow any goals.

Brooks Orpik - Suspended
He served the 3rd game of his 3 game suspension yesterday against NJ.

He will be back in the lineup tonight, just in time too.

Should be a physical game tonight and the Pens need Orpik in their lineup.

You can call me a Nitty supporter right now, but nonetheless, Esche still has a chance in the goaltending battle if he plays well. However, he hasn't done that lately.

i am one of those Niitty supporters, but his play as of late has been pretty poor and Esche has been decent...i'm still not sure who to start in the playoffs, but if the flyers don't start playing like they want to win, it really won't matter who is in net

Nitty was so inconsisten yesterday, great saves, bad goals. What team shows up tonight? If they come out flat that would inexcusable. Is Hatcher playing tonight?
The flyers are the better team and need to show it, period. There are no excuses why they should not beat this team.

Anything less than a seven-goal victory is disappointing tonight.
