still no zues?

"Dimitrakos has been labeled an underachiever by some hockey minds, but a fresh start could be the jumpstart he needs according to Hitchcock, who had him on a line with Mike Richards and Brian Savage during practice."

For what it's worth, Panaccio's article in the Inquirer this morning has Kapanen taking a turn at center between Brashear and Radivojevic...

Panaccio goes to practice, once in a while notices "hey, there's ice out there!" and thinks about big 5 basketball just like all the other writers in Philly.

Dunno about Zues, no official or unofficial word yet.

Gauthier will be paired with Eric Desjardins against Buffalo... . Right winger Niko Dimitrakos, who also was acquired at the trade deadline, may get some power-play time today and will replace Stevenson in the lineup. He took some shifts in practice yesterday with R.J. Umberger and Petr Nedved... . Antero Niittymaki will be in goal today, and Robert Esche will start tomorrow at Pittsburgh.

I read that to, the line with Umberger - Nedved - Dimitrakos sounds like it's worth a try but why play Kapanen at C? Guess we'll know in a couple of hours.

It does sounds like Dimitrakos will be given an oppurtunity on the top lines and PP though.

Comcast SportsRise this morning said that Hatcher is out. But they kind of stumbled their way through the entire Flyers segment so who knows.

This will be a great test for the Flyers and a awesome match up between two of the league best young goalies. Too bad it's not on NBC!

Homer alert: 4-2 Flyers (Richards (2), Pitkanen, Forsberg)

Are you talking about E&J Gallo wine? Orson Welles used to do commercials for them a LONG time ago.

why is it so easy for opponents to set up and get comfortable against our pk? Why do our players keep taking that penalty?????
