Giguere...

I am becoming increasing frustrated with his preformance so far, granted his team hasn't played that well in front of him. I'm tempted to throw in the towel on him, but I think that could turn out to bite me in the but. Is it too early to give up on him???

Still early days as far as I'm concered, I've got him in a few leagues and I'm prepare to give him until the end of the year before giving up on him if I have to. Anaheim haven't been all that impressive so far this season but once they pick up their game, so should Giguere.

I usually wait about 20 games before making any major decisions.

Keep him for sure...remember what he did in the second half last year.

Keep him since you won't get much for him right now.

if you watched him last year, you would of noticed that he started slow then too
Also the fact that he has a new contract and a new wife, higher expectations and a shorter off-season to rest and prepare, probably isn't helping much
He should bounce back

I dropped him the past 2 years because of a bad start and it bit me in the ass. I'm holdin onto him this year.

Look what happened with Theodore after his breakout season...People started talking Jim Carey when he didn`t perform up to par. Same thing with Giguere. He signed a big contract and has alot of very high expectations on him right now. He`s an extremely talented goaltender and he should bounce back. Hang onto him unless something great comes along.

Be patient... He AND the Ducks are traditionally slow starters. He will pick it up at the midway point...

I like when people give up on player two or three weeks in. Somebody dropped Giguere in one of my leagues. I promptly put in a claim for him because with a .920 save percentage last year, I'm more than willing to take a "risk" on a guy that I didn't even have to spend a high draft pick to get. I love it.

Some guy dumped Rolston cause he had no points two games in.. I picked him up, he scored two goals on the first game I had him for

Also off waivers I got Theodore somehow.. that was weird (12 person league)
