who won?

in a quasi-keeper league (get to keep 5 players, the rest go back into a draft) that counts goals, assists, +/-, PIMs, wins and GAA who wins

Giguere and Rafalski
for
Demitra and Pronger

thanks

it really depends on the depth in each stat that each team had before and has now.. can't really gauge an opinion solely from the deal

Well, I'd have to say that whoever got Demitra and Pronger made out on top. I'm not sold on Giguere. With MacInnis out, Pronger sees even more PP time.

Thanks Weeble, it's nice to have the commish on my side...

Kmad, I moved Giguere and Rafalski due to a need for PIMs that Pronger will help with and having Biron sitting on the bench, which should help offset the loss of Giguere
I know that at some point he'll explode, but I'm hoping that Demitra and Pronger's presense will make that hurt a little bit less...

Heh...yeah...needless to say, I'm a little jealous of the deal. Well...except for the fact that your second goalie is now Martin Biron

Pretty even trade. Really depends on what your needs are. Pronger>Rafalski for sure, but Giguere for Demitra is pretty even. Demitra is a great offensive player and Giguere will surely rebound.
