Northeast Division

Tak a look at the standings this morning and you will see that the entire Northeast division is above .500 and everyone would make it into the playoffs as of today. The whole division looks pretty solid, though I feel Montreal will fade, and Toronto is that good either.

Not bad, and since we started the season so poorly, I can't help but be thrilled. I though for sure we were going to be sunk by the end of this road trip. 4-2 on the western road swing, 8 points, that's about as good as it can get for the Sabres.

Looks like Darcy deserves lots of credit for his acquiring Drury and Briere. I mean Gratton has done nothing for Phoenix. Ballard is still in college and losing Warrener hurt, but you have to give to receive.

Best division in hockey right now!!

Really competitive.. but the Sabres need to do what they've been doing and not worry about the others if they want a shot at the playoffs.. they CAN do it!

The roadtrip was great.. I have no complaints..

Now they need to keep it going at home..
