I'm very very surprised that Abby gets the start tonight. IMO, if both Abby and Huet are playing good until the playoffs, Gainey will use Abby to start off the playoffs.

Abby deserves better than what he got last time, I'm really proud that fans scanded his name :

Which goes to prove : Let in 5 Goals, but show up, people appreciate
Let in 5 Goals, on your knees, in a seeming daze of confusion with one arm up ...

and people just can't take it

The only reason he deserves this one is because he Gainey doesn't give himt he start then it makes it seem like he's blaming last loss on him. Huet deserves the start far moe then Aebisher. He is something like 5-1-2, 1.49 gaa , 9.50 sav% at home with 3 shutouts

Well Huet had shutouts in 2 of his last 3 starts, Aebischer played well but still it is a schoker.

Should be a good game tonight. If you guys can shut down the RCA line(Rita,Crosby,Armstrong)then I'd say more than likely you'll win the game. Our defence hasn't been that in awhile now,and we have actually been giving an effort in games recently...but when that line gets shut down, just seems no one else steps up. Always a good game when our teams play, good luck tonight.

No he didn't! Stop giving him more credit then he deserves. He played well but he still let him 5 goals. Most of them were the D's fault but when you stand on your head, you make those saves to. Huet deserved this start far more the Aebbi though I understand BG's decision,

He played adequately... I don't really think he stood on his head at all.

Well he actually did on some plays, and he definitly deserves this game, In the 5 goals, there wasn't one that was his fault. The 2 last goals was just that the team gave up and took penalties for nothing.

I disagree, I think he got bombarded, and on more then one occasion Carolina had 2-3-4 chances one after the other and he was there with the saves.

He wasnt supported the way he should have been and he still do a great job. BG obviously noticed the same as I did.

I would have liked Huet in net the best...Aebisher looks excited in net...while Huet is much more calm.
