For the Oil (if they get there)

1. Marty Brodeur (more playoff experience)
2. Mikka Kiprusoft
3. Roberto Luongo

Brodeur I guess. But Ovechkin or Iginla would both be nice additions.

I would say the Flyers should take Jagr...that should go a long way towards scoring some goals and avoiding their worst case scenario for the season

Losing in the playoffs to the Rangers

I wouldn't take Ovechkin for the simple reason that it wouldn't hurt a potenial opponent in the playoffs.

Thornton or Stall to feed Iggy. Top notch D+top line scoring= deep playoff run.

For the Sens, Sakic or (a healthy) Forsberg would be more than welcome.

Chara or Redden for the Isles. We badly need someone to help stabilize our defense, and if we somehow make the playoffs, we'll be the last seed. Which means we'll in all likelyhood be facing the Senators. Taking one of their defensive stalwarts might give us a fighting chance.

I'm really hoping the Rangers make a strong push for Chara in the offseason but I just can't see Ottawa signing Redden over him. Althought Redden is a great defenseman, Chara brings more to the table. I also wouldn't mind Jovanaski if they can't get Chara...if he can stay healthy.
