why did everyone type Ryder as that goal was scored? Did Bob Cole say it was Ryder who scored, only seeing the 7 on the jersey number?

Even if we end up missing the playoffs this year, putting the stake through the hearts of the Leafs this week, complete with the Montreal fans serenading them good-bye, is a sweeeeeet thing to experience .

You guys start this game thread going nuts about how the refs are going to give the Leafs the game and blah blah blah, honestly some of what I read is pathetic...like a bunch of girls.

Kilger gets high-sticked, Wilm flattened without the puck, Sundin's stick held for 5 seconds, no calls....you guys got a 5-on-3, Kaberle gets a penalty for watching Kovalev spin around...but not a peep from you guys.

I'm not *****ing about the refereeing...it has nothing to do with the brutal team that we are this year or the scoreboard tonight. But to hear how quick some are to jump on the referee bias is ridiculous.

Good luck the rest of the way.

P.S - OMG Stephane Auger is from Montreal and reffing this game...and Cormier the linesman is from Ste-Catherine, Quebec...conspirarcy I tell you!

See how ridiculous it sounds?

Having the Canadiens win is better than seeing the Leafs lose! As much as I hate the Leafs, nothing is better than seeing the Canadiens win games (and maybe the Cup sometime...)
