Flyers fans, Kings & Sharks fans, are you cheering for the Penguins and Ducks?

Since there is a question asking if Canadians Citizens are cheering for Ottawa because they are the last remaining Canadian based NHL team in the playoffs, are Flyers fans cheering for the Penguins for the State of Pennsylvania? Plus are any Kings and Sharks fans cheering for the Ducks for the State of California?

Don't see why any of them would unless Flyers fans want to see Streit get a cup.

That's why I never understood why the Canadian media makes a big deal about cheering for the last remaining Canadian team (Ottawa this time around) and trying to make us feel guilty if we don't.

I wouldn't even want flyers fans support, that would feel gross and wrong.

The only way that we would ever want the Penguins to win a game would be if it somehow hurt them or helped us. Otherwise, any other team is preferable.

If I had choose who won the cup it would be...

Preds
Ducks
Sens

Dying and never finding out who wins

Penguins

I never understood why anyone would cheer for their state. How does that help you? If you cheer for your rival just because they are in the same state, you are not a true sports fan. Period.

This time they have the excuse of wanting to see the Stanley Cup delivered to the front door of Parliament Hill in time for the sesquicentennial. And it helps that Ottawa is probably the least derisive of the Canadian teams. Those are the reasons that immediately come to mind. YMMV.

These questions are so strange

I would rather get a root canal than cheer for the Devils. I imagine Flyers fans feel the same about Pitts.
