Hands down my favorite jersey they've worn.

I think you're going to find yourself alone in this argument. Fan and "expert" rankings are put out pretty much every year and the Bs are consistently among the leaders on that list for best uniforms, generally behind only Chicago.

I actually liked the 2004 era, liked the bottom stripes.

I really like these. Subtle changes makes them look much sharper.

Everything but the name "Patch" goes over well but I imagine it's sales and labor related?

I like the current look, but man these would be my all time favourites, I hope this what they go with and then then next year when third uniforms are back, just use a mainly Gold one with Black and white trim.

I agree with another poster that brown should never be part of the Bruins uniforms again. I hated the pooh bear thirds and the thirds they used this past year were awful, looked like they were sewn at home by their moms.

Meh, I don't like the name patch, looks like an afterthought. It looks like the player is sooo temporary that they had to throw the patchy on; #cheesy!

Will the logo (main and side) have any alterations? I know they changed the B font a few times.

Agree with a few others that the "name patch" is a problem, but l like everything else including the stripe on the pants.

They should just use the same color that the numbers are for the names.

I agree and think this would be a nice new look, kind of a mix of the old and the new, it is a clean and sharp look and feel to it. I don't mind the name patch, it does allow them to change the colors of the names on the jersey. I would be very happy if this were our new uniforms and I think I would be adding one to my collection.

Why does everything have to be retro?

Old spoked-Bs look so dated.

Reminds me of doodles I would draw in elementary school.

When I was in my teens I drew a Bruins logo with the "B" that the Boston Globe uses on their heading. I then made the lines that lead to the B (which are supposed to be the roads leading into Boston) less uniform and blended into the B. My friends all loved it. Wish I could find it. Back then I had considerable artistic talent but everything is computer oriented today (and I'm not anywhere near as talented) wish now I could use the computer to do it again. It reminds me of the W (for Whalers) in the B's logo that a former Whalers fan (WhalerTurnedBruin55) uses as their avatar. BTW: THAT is a GREAT avatar WTB55!!
