So we're doubling his pick time? I don't know if I agree with that. I'm plus 6 hours from you guys, remember.

That's what I had in mind but I'm flexible. Can you wait an extra 45 mins or you'll be in bed by then?

205th The San Jose Shark are proud to select from Regina (WHL)

Jordan Hollett

Displays a wide stance, advanced footwork, and also is able to spread in the butterfly and still cover the top corners.

206th The San Jose Shark are proud to select from Sioux City (USHL)

Morgan Barron

St Louis selects from Severstal Cherepovets of the KHL Daniil Vovchenko.

Report: Daniil is a skilled forward who is tenacious on the puck. He possesses lethal finishing skills and the IQ to consistently put himself in dangerous scoring positions. This was reflected in his breakout year in the KHL this season with 13 goals and 16 assist in 60 games. He's under contract for one more year after which we hope he'll make the jump.

And that's my draft.

1.) Juuso Valimäki (count it as an auto)
2.) Urho Vaakanainen
3.) Antoine Morand
4.) Jordy Bellerive
5.) Bryce Misley
6.) Kirill Ustimenko
7.) Daniil Vovchenko

Overall I'm quite happy with my first mock draft. There's a lot of upside in this draft, and I expect a couple NHLers out of it. Will PM the next GM.

With the 208th pick NYR selects centre Drake Rymsha from the OHL's Sarnia Sting.

"An overager but only weeks older than this year's draft class, injuries and trades have led to Drake being further underrated. He's a tireless 2-way force with a nose for the net and ability in the faceoff dot. Quick, good shot, and just too promising to pass on in the 7th round."

edit: Holy picture size. And Edmonton has been PM'd.

With their last selection in this year's draft, the Oilers are proud to select: Oliver Castleman.

"We are excited to pick Castleman with our very last pick. He's an interesting project who is the youngest player in the draft. This season was his first one in the OHL and he fared really well in our opinion."

Truth be told, I had to scramble a bit for that pick. I was planning to select Dhillon with my last pick, like I did last year, but somebody stole him from me in the 6th round.

Couldn't pass on a guy with SHL experience (albeit only 1 game ) in the 7th round.

I think I was missed. Nashville was supposed to pick 208'th and we didn't trade the 7'th round pick.

Nashville is now picking 30th or 31st pending on the SC results. Draft order is being updated everywhere, like on this site

http://www.prosportstransactions.com...Years/2017.htm

It's possible Chris missed that. Either you wait until the 30th pick or you post your pick now. Up to you.

I think it would be cool after the last pick to do a ''camp invites'' thing for our drafts.

If you're talking about mentioning interesting guys still left on your list, we usually do once everyone is finished. Lots to talk about this year, for sure.
