Okay, I've heard the words "wrap around attempt" several times when the Sabres are in the Rangers zone. Which tells me we need to work harder in our own zone.

Well the goalie has to pick up his teammates bad play sometimes as well. Weeks just allows some of the softest goals time and time again.

Another penalty....

If a goalie lets in five weak goals a game he will not be able to sustain a .900 SVV% for an entire year.

Because of that, large sample stats sizes are our best resource for judging a goaltenders performance.

Don't suppose the ineptitude of the defensemen had anything to do with either goal, eh?

We're in trouble, seriously. What has happened to the defensive play?

No chance here unless things completely turn around and they allow zero shots on weekes.

Remember when I made that "It's time to Panic" thread, and everyone flammed me for it. I made that about a month and a half ago, and we still aren't out of this funk. Maybe I was right?

All three goals have been incredibly weak. I cant stand him anymore, I started to give him a chance again, but seriously, every game, weak goal after weak goal.

And boy was a smart to keep Briere tonight. High scoring game!

Two for Ozo, two for B. I like it!
