Add Selanne to the injured

Apparently some sort of knee injury...

This is just ridiculous.

Selanne is known to get injuries. Its not ridiculous if you ask me, you have some players who are injury prone in Kariya and Selanne, your other injuries are no worse than most teams.

Good, you guys deserve it. That should be the fate of all big market teams. No mercy from me. Plus I absolutely hate the Avalanche.

"You deserve it."

Anybody who takes pleasure in seeing other's injuries gets no respect from me, not that a name like KillToronto would get you any regardless.

I doubt that. We've been losing a player every game. We're running out of Hershey Bears to bring up.

Injured:
Paul Kariya
Teemu Selanne
Marek Svatos
Riku Hahl
Jim Cummins
Brad Larsen
Peter Worrell
Chris McAllister

Svatos and Hahl are likely out for the majority of the season.

I never said "I take pleasure in seeing Selanne in pain" did I?

No. I just think that watching big market teams think they're the **** because they bought superstars for cheap have bad luck is hilarious.

Cummins is playing I believe. McAllister is a plus out of the line up, all indications are Worrell being back soon. hahl is no huge loss and Svatos is an unproven rookie. that is like the Flames loosing Chris Clark

Don't know if it has been mentioned yet so forgive me if it has but Selanne, according to TSN, is listed as day-to-day. So it looks like his injury isn't too bad.

He did have arthroscopic surgery on his knee during off season because it started aching in training. Nothing was found, though.

Cummins is playing now.
your right McAllister out of the line up is good.
Hahl is a big loss to the 4th line.
Svatos regardless of him begin a rookie hurts with him being out.
Kariya and Selanne are HUGE holes.
and Worrell will make the bottom 2 lines that much better.

dont be too quick about evaluating this injury.

Knees injuries are something bad.

Heck, Koivu was going to missed 1 or 2 games at the beginning of the season because of a small knee injury and was list day-to-day. Well, He's still day-to-day and we are 10 games in the season... (Of course i'm talking about Koivu knee which is more suspect than a man with a gun in a bank...)--> (dont know if it makes some sense in english but it sure does saying in french)

BTW, Kariya is going to be back soon? He's not the kind of player to missed a lot of games usually and I want him back for my pool

Spot on!

Kariya had the 7th (or 9th) longest consecutive games streak before his wrist injury. Something like 190 straight games. If he is injury prone I would hate to know what an Adam Deadmarsh is....

Fat,

but I just keep thinking a few seasons ago he was always missing about 10-15 games. I really haven't followed kariya as of late but I know he had concussion problems and things like that you never ever will become 100% as there is a high chnace that they will reoccur.

Dammit! When is Worrell suiting up?

And Kariya wears a specially-made helmet to help prevent concussions...don't understand the specifics...or at least reduce the amount of them. I think most players with that problem do as well.

Same with Worrell, he's been day to day since the begining of the season.
