I'm good with this, but the Avs always seem to get their guys.

Also, the lack of right shots is kind of disturbing to me, but I can't argue with the chance taken here.

Russians love us.

Exit Grigs, enter Yaks.

At least Yakupov plays fast. He doesn't seem to have any hockey sense, but whatever.

Yup.

I really don't mind this. The main thing is he hustles so he already has that over quite a few players.

I can't wait for the random hockey comedy of Nail Yakupov. Dumbest player I've seen.

He will of course have a brilliant goal once in a while, because he has a fantastic shot, which will lead fans to get their hopes up.

It's a throwaway year, so it doesn't matter much and for Avs sake I hope I get to eat crow on this one but I have zero faith in him turning it around.

Low risk, high reward/Sakic is the worst GM in the world.

I only see ~11 sure NHLers. I'd say there is plenty of space, and the Avs need plenty more contracts for AHL depth.

You trust them to give the right guys nachos?

They really need to take Colborne to the pound and find him a new owner.

Greer/Jost/Compher/Yakupov's ability to move will ensure a roster place over Colborne

I guess when you said that on twitter, you technically said it was what they "should" do lol.
