Just to clear this up I believe that it was stated that the blood alcohol level showed that not only was he under the legal limit he likely hadn't had anything to drink that day.

Not trying to be a smartass just genuinely curious.

How can alcohol be found in your blood if you had nothing to drink all day ? Cuz there was indeed a very very small amount of Alcohol found in Heatley's blood.

Heatley. If Hossa was able to get over hitting Berard in the eye then I think Heatley will return to his old form. Heatley's mess is obviously more serious but Hossa was really shook up after that whole ordeal. You can never take away Heatley's talent.

Could have had a lot to drink the night before. It is possible
