Coming off a 5-0 win, the Flyers will look to carry the momentum against a Panthers team coming in with confidence after handing Atlanta it's only loss in regulation this season. Look for a big game by Gagné as his play picked up since coming back from injury. Will Leclair be as effective as he was against the Habs? Will Williams continue to be the Flyers most consistent forward? All these questions to be answered tonight at 7PM at the Wachovia Center (God I hate this name)
Eh, just keep calling it the "FU Center" or whatever your preferred name is. I still do that with what used to be "Great Woods" (the Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts, or something like that) here in Mass. Now it's the "Tweeter Center", and I'm not calling something by that incredibly stupid name.
As for tonight, I'd like to see another good game by the O&B, especially now that Center Ice has decided to let me watch the Flyers. What I'd really like to see is the defense stop making horrible turnovers in their own zone. Therien had a horrific one in the first period last game, and Rags had a couple as well. Of course, they both made up for those later on, but I'd prefer to see them eliminated.
Oh, and I expect another good game from justin Williams. The more I see of this kid, the better he looks. Good motor, good skills, just always in the middle of things. And from that article today, if he looks at Tocchet as a mentor-type, I can only see good things coming. Tocchet is still my favorite Flyer of all time...
Flyers doing a pretty good job here...but dear God, save me from the Panthers announcers!!! The Center Ice feed is the Panthers' feed, and their announcers are horrible, absolutely the worst thing I've ever heard. That and their directing/camera work is awful, too, concentrating on players who don't have the puck, and on stupid Panthers guys half the rink away from what's going on. Like I care, jacka$$es!!! SHOW THE GAME!!! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Anyway, good to see them jumping to an early 2-0 lead. And Pitkanen looks great...that goal was a beauty!
Philly sticking to their game plan, early 2 goal lead, and not giving the Cats much to work with in our zone, Esche looks focused, let's keep this going for 60 mins baby. Pitkanen!!!!!!!!
I started Luongo in my fantasy team because I desperately needed the start and shots against. I see he's pulled/injured [I'm at work, so I'm only getting the ESPN box score update] after five shots and 2 goals. Not that I am complaining.

Just pulled, Keenan being Keenan.
Radio commentators think he'll be back in later.

Yeah well at least you don't have to watch them for every game. I can't stand that freaking camera work it really. Jeff with his horrible mustache.
