Agreed. I knew he could do it!

It's funny. I noticed it was his birthday when I clicked on his name on ESPN.com after the game, and my girlfriend pointed it out to me

Happy Birthday and great win! Nothing better than winning the home crowd back over with a solid performance and big win that clinches a playoff spot AND puts us 3 points ahead of the Flyers!

I will be completely honest....... Kevin is not my first choice in net........ BUT.... he has been a huge team player, a huge suporter, and there is noone on this team that deserved a night like this more than he did....

Ive believed he was a solid goaltender, but just out of his stride.................. 2 HOT GOALIES GOING INTO THE PLAYOFFS!!!! BOYS, HERE COMES SOME MAGIC!!!!

If anyone taped the game.. there was a point in the 2nd period where you could see on his face... nothing else was going in. He looked... intense... focused... even defiant. That defiance game out on Handzus' shootout oppurtunity. He CHALLENGED Handzus, to the utter definition of the word "challenged."

Stirring performance tonight.

I couldn't breathe that entire third period. When I saw Weekes go down to the right and Carter still had the puck going to the left, my heart was going a million miles an hour. When Weekes made that save, I flatlined. I was dead. Thankfully I was resesitated, but the same thing happened when I saw Kapenen jump that puck. I died again. And how about that save on Forsberg, a really good save that he made look easy. Weekes has a huge five hole, and Forsberg tried the old Bure "Way left, come back, look for the five hole, cash in" move. Hell of a time to close those pillows Kevin.

I practically had a heart attack everytime he left a rebound (pretty often)...
