Mise-Au-Jeu winnings?

hey all, just wondering what your biggest mise-au-jeu or total winnings was. i havent played in ages, but the most i won was maybe $25 in mise-au-jeu. now if only i can win back the many, many hundreds of dollars ive lost on that game over the years...

from what ive seen, you have to bet big to win big. i was always betting only $2 or $5 a time and there's no money in that. and i remember that tie games used to give you the big bucks.

I will always remember, in the begginig of the season, I had a hockey tournement during the week end and I only had 5$ left so i decided to bet my 5$ and maybe I would win money to pay my week end without having to ask money from my parents. I knew that if i wanted money for my week end i had to bet big so i had bet on 4 sure wins and a tie between Atlanta and New jersey. When i saw the Ticket, I the winning amount was 200$ and I usually nerver win at mise o jeu, but that night i won 200$ and I had a superb week-end.

It's my only good winning, the other time i win 15-20 bucks and I put 2$ per day. i'D say im close to even if you take all my betting.

I lost 50 bucks because USA tied Latvia in the Olympic games.

Enough said.

I've won twice, about a decade ago. my trick was to bet on 3 games (no ties) that had interesting odds. i d always bet on a team that i thought would win the game and was for some reason quoted as the underdog or only a slight favourite. i d bet 10$ a shot to make the pot interesting. i remember winning 89$ one time. i don t remember the other.

I've never used mise au jeu. I Bet quite often on Betfair and other websites though. Last time I checked we were 30/1 to win the cup this year.

Easy money if you ask me.

On a completly defferent note, has anybody seen the ridiculous ads on RDS during the games to stop people pissing their money away on sports betting?

They could've at least thought the whole thing out and came up with something original.

I usually go into big slumps and then just break out and win like 3 times in a week, and then lose for an entire month again. But I usually bet pocket change. Just a past time and I guess it's better than wasting your money of cigarettes.

Well duh, lol. Your winnings (and losings) are proportional to the amount you bet.

Anyway, I hope nobody here bets mise-o-jeu or proline to make money. it's a scam. only the absolute 1% sharpest gamblers can make money over the long run.

if you're serious about making money, use an offshore sportsbook like pinnacle. you can bet on the outcome of single games. it's easy money.

There was some money to do at the begining of the season.. I won a couple of 100$ but as the season go, the ratings adjust and its really tough to win big money.. I didnt bet since about november-december.. Too much parity.

i don't know what it's like now, but a while ago, ties would give you $6 or something, so if you bet a few ties, and a longshot with only $2, you could make out with over $100. but if you choose 3 or 4 favorites, bet $50, it still might only give you a hundred. so... that's what i meant.

The most I've ever won on pro-line was $250, but that was about 13-14 years ago. It was the first year pro-line was around in Ontario. Actually the first year, I pretty much bet every day, and ended the hockey year ahead by a hundred dollars or so.

I think during this past hockey year, I've bet 5 times ($10 dollars each time), and won $37.00 on my first bet, so I guess I'm down $13.00 on the year. Twice the Leafs cost me in the neighbourhood of $80.00. Once by winning and once by losing. Stupid leafs.
