Wow, Esche was awesome right there.

Does Hitchcock really think it's okay to have Savage on the ice in this situation?

It's a win I'll take it.

Next season, someone needs to tell the defense to get a stick on Crosby.

Nice top see the Atlantic become a 3-horse race in the stretch.

Esche has walked through the playoffs door and is bringing his game with. That's a good thing, because this defense needs a goalie, to say the least.

Thank you, Isles.

A win is a win, I'll take it considering we hardly get them anymore in the Wacko Center.

How do I decide? PJ was horrendous, but I kept thinking he was nervous and a last minute fill in because of so many games tonight(there was no one else to commentate?) Holy crap he was bad, couldn't even pronounce the names. Do I give him the benefit of the doubt , because I don't think he has done this before?

He sounded very nervous - just saying things flat out wrong. He actually sounded pretty dumb, like a dim bulb type...

Aren't there any smart retired NHL players looking for work?

If you guys want to hear a horrible analyst try former NHL'er Don Sweeney on NESN. He did some college games.

It starts with not taking penalties or reducing them at all costs. Another exciting appearance for the team on OLN though. A win is a win.

He got his first point. Didn't look out of place but was used sparingly.

The Flyers have to learn how to keep the hammer on a team when they've got them down. Once again, this is a team in which the win should be a "gimmie", but this team plays like they're nothing more than a four year old expansion team.

People on this franchise just don't get it. They take for granted that they play on one of the better teams in the league and they do nothing but coast. They should have pumped in seven or eight goals against the AHL team commonly known as the Pittsburgh Penguins, but they barely make it by. How anyone can be convinced that this is a Stanley Cup contending team is beyond me. I'm sure Hitch is as mad as hell as some of us are.
