Haha, that was hilarious. The guy totally chopped up the Canadian anthem. The whole arena which was filled with Leaf fans was instantly filled with very loud boo's and whatnot. They were so mad lol. Poor guy heh.

The why didn't you volunteer to perform it instead of some do-do?

yeah he messed up the part about standing on guard or something. he also kinda messed up the american anthem as well, he took two long pauses and hesitated around the "rockets red glare", what a moron.

At least it wasn't Satan's girlfriend signing.

He was pretty bad, probably the worst I've seen at the arena. Besides messing up the Canadian anthem, he sang the American anthem way too fast. I have a feeling he won't be invited back.

Need to bring that dude that looks like Mike Ramsey to sing the anthem.

Keisha's voice was ruined by puberty.

That would be Douglas Allen. Keisha hasn't sung at the arena in a while. Henry Pendleton isn't bad either.

Doug Allen is da bomb as far as the crooners the Sabres trot through go. My all-time fave is Lyndon Slewedge, the mounty who sings the anthems for the Sens. Outstanding voice & very charismatic.

Ditto on Slewedge.

Hey it could be worse, it could be some flavor of the month pop singer (Anastacia) screwing up the words to some national anthem (American) at some sporting event broadcast to millions of people (2002 Major League Baseball All Star game). That never happens....

Yeah. I like the way Doug Allen points at the crowd at the end of the national anthem. I encourage everyone to point back.

I heard Keisha in one of her last times singing. She used to rule, but now she drools.

Dude, don't knock Ingrid. Yeah, the anthems are kinda rough to listen to, but they had a hell of a record the night she sang it.
