OT: Eastern matchups

It's all done now in the Eastern Conference and the final standings should make for some interesting matchups.

Here's what the final standings look like:

1. OTT (113)
2. CAR (112)
3. NJD (101)
4. BUF (108)
5. PHI (101)
6. NYR (100)
7. MTL (93)
8. TBL (92)

Besides the MTL vs CAR series, which of the other 3 series are you most excited about?

A) OTT (1) vs TBL (8)
B) NJD (3) vs NYR (6)
C) BUF (4) vs PHI (5)

Personnaly, I really look forward to the BUF vs PHI series. Great offensive skills on both sides should load the highlight reels!

Yeah thanks Habs for tanking the third period last night. Can't wait to watch the Rangers get swept in the first round while you get the soft Canes.

I expect to see a Devils-Sabres conference final. Those two teams have been playing far better than the other contenders in the last leg of the season. The Ottawa goaltending is vulnerable, and from what I've seen of Carolina, they aren't a defensive fortress. Tampa Bay can't go far with Burke and Grahame, the Rangers are in shambles, the Flyers are too slow, and the Habs are an unsound team.
