The price for 50 t-shirts is 956$. Which amount to 20$ a pop.
There's no way im forking out 956$ to pay for it in one shot. so we need to figure out how we'll get together to pay for this. But unless i have 50 takers, im not gonna do it...
Btw, it will take 10 days for the shirts to be made. and there's a 20% (or was it 50%?) deposit before they start the job. which is fine.
it gets cheaper if you buy more, but it's not that much of a drop.
I think JMMR said he had a contact, so maybe we could wait for the price he got.
My sister used to make 'em and it didn't cost her more than 6$ to make a single shirt. I don't get why they'd charge 20 a shirt when you order 50. Big time rip-off.
Sorry man... I really like the idea, but by the time we get money together to make the order, have the shirts made, and send them to everybody who ordered one, the playoffs will probably be over.
And there's kind of a shelf life to an item like this. Ask the guy who made the "Free Bertuzzi" shirts.
yeah i know...it's actually more like 17 something. but you have to take into account that they charge you for labour and all those things. i think the price is pretty normal and i doubt they actually make much money off of it. Being a designer, i know how pricing works and let me tell you have to take into account a whole lot of things which in the end doesnt result in much profit.
but i agree. that in ten days the habs could be done for, therefore beating the point of getting the shirts done. it would of had to be done at least a week prior to us getting the price. but our spot in the playoff wasnt even concretised then....

Wh should have done this sooner maybe.
The price I got was 14$ but shipping is kind of expensive.
The reason it is pricey is because of the double sided printing!
