Post your Habs highlights of the regular season

I give NBHABSFAN credit for this idea. He started a list of season highlights in another thread but it kind of got burried and got little attention because it wasn't on the topic of that thread.

Anyway, now that it's over and we move into playoff mode, it's a good occasion to recap the events that marked this season. This should be a good way to pass the time while we wait impatiently for Saturday.

List your highlights for the Hab's 2005-06 regular season?

And here are mine, transcribed from the other thread...

My positive Highlights of the regular season:

1- The back-to-back blowout wins against the Leafs
2- In what ended up being the first game of the post-Theodore era, Huet pointing to the bench after a P.S. save against the Bruins
3- The hit on Tucker by Kovalev
4- The comeback win in SO after being down 3-0 against Ottawa & the Kovalev show on his first game back from injury
5- The hard fought win against Atlanta, where the habs killed 11 penalties and then won in SO on a goal by Dagenais; arguably the only great performance by Theodore this year (and last as a Hab) exemplified by that amazing glove save on Hossa to secure the shoot-out win
6- Huet's shut outs, including back-to-back on Super Bowl weekend and the 3 in a row against the Bruins
7- The cardiac kids of the early season, notably that game against Florida where Begin scored in the dying minutes to tie the game and the Habs won in OT
8- Koivu's OT goals against Florida, Toronto, Washington (the one against Florida on Souray's bomb pass was amazing!)
9- Bulis's 4 goal night against the Flyers
10- The hits by Bouillon & Dagenais on Avery in the game against the Kings

The Boom Boom Jersey retirement ceremony and following 1-0 win over NYR. Was an emotional night all around. That is one that will stay with me for awhile.

I would have to say the back to back wins over the Leafs. It had been too long since the Habs had kicked their *** like that and it was a huge series at the time.

Also, the six goal second period vs San Jose.

I missed the Boom Boom Jersey retirement ceremony. Is there a video of it on the internet floating around?

Kovalev's elbow to Tucker's head, Tucker's head hits the ice, the Leafs officially become the Habs B!tches.

It couldn't have been done better.

if you look at the video, over and over again, you will notice it really wasnt an elbow, his elbow only comes up after Tucker is going to meet the ice
