Kudos on using faberblasted/flabbergasted in a sentence +1

But yeah...Lemieux is definitely one of those playoff monsters...just his combination of grit and skills makes him the ideal playoff performer

Claude was your classic step it up in the playoffs guy. I hope we have one of him on the team this year.

And what that doesn't show is all the big goals he scored. Isn't he the leader in playoff OT goals or GWG or something like that.

Reg season : 1197 games played 379 goals scored = 0.317 goals/game
Playoffs : 233 games played 80 goals scored = 0.34 goals/game

He was only slightly better than his regular season production, at least in the goals per game department. He simply played a lot of playoffs games to be up there.

My Comments were about the years he won the cup!
85-86 Regular Season 1 goal Playoffs 10 goals
94-95 Regular Season 6 goals Playoffs 13 goals
95-96 (not really a good example) RS 39 goals PO 19

some impressive numbers
