Just give him a couple of bottles of booze to take home after this game. He can do the rest himself.

Show of hands: how many still like the trade? How many still believe he brings A LOT to our PP?

Maybe the team can deal him for a 3rd round pick.

I wrote it then; I'll write it again: brutal trade.

This is how the fans are. If you do good you're a hero. If you make mistakes you're "garbage". Ozo is not the New York Rangers and that's who lost the game tonight... The New York Rangers

hey, I was just paraphrasing comic book guy. Obviously, it took more than just Ozo to lose tonight. Besides, he's still probably got some rust from having not played much this year. I think we'll get a better idea about Ozo next season, when he has a chance to play from the start.

Big risk Big reward trade. Sometimes they work out and sometimes they don't. I don't expect the guy to be around next season considering the Rangers can buy him out or send him to Hartford. Yes either way they will get a cap hit but that's the breaks and if this is the one bad move made by Sather this year (considering he probably could've unloaded a boatoad of prospects for Gauthier or worse) I can live with it.

Sucks that he is here but if his play continues to be this bad he won't be anytime soon.

No need to bring Janet Jackson into the conversation.

Exactly. Something is seriously wrong with him. I wonder if he'll ever regain at least a small bit of defensive acumen. Maybe he needs more substance abuse treatment over the summer. I really don't think he's worth keeping for next year.

I'm pretty sure that'll count against the cap.

To be honest, I DO still like the trade, but I just don't like how he's been used and who he's been partnered with.

Not if he's waived and sent down. He's under 35. Only if he's outright released would it count against us.
