Wow, that 28-0 stat when Linden scored a goal in 93'94 is astonishing.

too bad it was only a regular season record... with 2 goals in game 7 of the 94 finals, it sure would have been great to see that perfect record in the playoffs that year too!

Great post man. I was really glad that Vancouver decided to require Linden. If not a move for the team, but a great move for Vancouver in general. It brought a lot of fans back to the arena.

His skating is back this season. He's not relegated to the wing role anymore. True, having Lindgren hurt helps that, but he isn't on the wing for skating reasons anymore.

Disagree completely-he looks so much faster on the wing than he does at center. 2 of his 3 goals this year were fluky, soft ones (both on Burke). His only non-fluky one came when he was streaking down the WING against Buffalo. Do people not remember how dangerous he was playing with the Sedin's? Linden is a natural RW. Playing him at C only hinders his offense and skating, while forcing him to play more defensive.
