just wondering if this is all nhl players because i am really surprised i don't see someone like valery kharlomov on this. Just curious.

Get used to it. This is HFboards after all...it's all North America here, heavily biased. The standard argument is that before modern days, the greatness/skill level/whatever of players from outside NA can't be reliably compared. Therefore, only NHL players are generally considered in these polls.

Still, I wonder why it's so ****ing difficult to write thread titles like 'Greatest NHL forwards of all time'? Just put the ****ing three-letter acronym there and everybody is happy. Right now these threads are just an insult to players and fans outside North America.

this IS basically an nhl site, you know? Did you see how there are 30 pages, one for each nhl team??

Yeah, I did go a bit overboard there with the wording, apologies.

But I don't agree that this is purely a NHL site. The name is Hockey Future Boards, not NHL Hockey Future Boards. Plus there are sizeable subforums for international hockey, individual countries etc.

/end offtopic rant
