Ribeiro's goal

What's the most likely scenario:

1. A bounce off his behind into the net?
2. Ward falling and losing his stick and a Caroilina Dman falls on Ward?
3. Ward coming out for a loose puck and missing the puck?
4. A Carolina D putting the puck in his own net?
5. An empty netter?
6. He doesn't score at all?

Surprise, I vote for 2 rather than 6.

Off his behind. Off of Cam Ward's mask. Hits the post. No goal.

He sucks end of discussion.. He wouldn't be able to score if there was an empty net and he had a breakaway..

Though I like the choices, I think it'll be a tap-in at the side of the net during a goal mouth scramble.

At least I hope someone will start scoring those kinds of goals.

Bangs it in on a flawless Kovalev pass to the far post on a PP.

Williams highsticks Cam Ward, who leaves the net open.

"Tradgedy struck today when Hurricans goaltender Cam Ward was felled by a congenital heart defect during a Mike Ribeiro breakaway. The NHL wishes the Ward family the best during these difficult times."

I thought his goal was to improve his strength and quickness and thrive in the new NHL....

My goal is to stop listening to those who would have us believe he's a legit second line center.

I actually don't hate Ribs but the guy just can't score. I'm not sure he would score in an empty soccer goal.
