Lived in NB for a year (you know that old saying that goes who takes wife takes country....or something like that) and happened to try the Alpine and Moose. I don't know if it's me, I ain't the greatest beer lover, but as much as I hated the Moose, I just loved the Alpine!!!

So, my official ranking is :

Alexander Keith
Alpine
Labatt Bleue
Coors

Short answer - OTHER

Long answer - Usually some euro macro swill (Grolsch or Heineken etc...) makes up the bulk of the beer that I drink during the game. Now that the weather is warmer I've started drinking Weisse bier again (Paulaner or Hacker-Pschorr). Lately, and only because I've been able to get my hands on it at the LCBO (or from travelling) I've been drinking Rogue brewery products and DogFish Head 60 minute IPA. Tonight I will break open a stash of Trappist Ales to give the Habs extra strength against the Canes.

Wednesday morning hangover here I come.

Give me a good hoppy Pale Ale like Sierra Nevada (CA.) or 5 Barrell. (COLO.).
IF I had to choose a Canadian beer for the game, which I will usually do, it'll be Moosehead or Molson Canadian. I wish I could get Export out in Colorado, but I cannot.

Of course, I do not drink alcohol during the week, but tonight I will make an exception.

Oh yea! Alpine kicks ***, and I'll be having a couple during the game tonight. I can't say I share your opinions on Keith's however.

During these playoffs I've drank the following.....

Kilkenny. Probablely my fav beer right now. I would imagine I've had at least one or two Kilkennys per playoff game.

Saku. Not a bad beer, but drank it more for the supposed luck it would bring Saku. Couldn't of called that one worse!!!!!!

Boddington's. Another great English beer.

Newcastle Brown Ale. Once again, another good English beer. Love the English beers.

Heineken. I think I had a Heiny during game one. Maybe that was the least regular season game. Can't remember.

Sleeman Honey Brown Lager. Picked up some of these for tonights game. Thought it might help changed the habs fortune if I change my beer for tonights game. It's a pretty decent Canadian beer.

Are you ready to sing.....Paquetville, Paquetville....

My wife is an acadian from Grande-Anse near Caraquet and we lived in Paquetville for her work until it didn't work out anymore. I had to work night shifts as a receptionist in a hotel since work over there was really really tough to find...But I did love my time over there. We got married 5 years ago in Grande-Anse, awesome church with the greatest view of the Baie des Chaleurs....

This was in 94-95. We then left to come back here. She found some work as a ''Col blanc'' to work for the city of Montreal, she found the incentive for not going back....

Yeah they're seriously lacking economic growth up there.

Nothing else than Guiness for me, that's right, there's nothing sweeter than celebrating a habs victory while sipping a nice cold chocolately-like smooth Guiness, hmmmm!

Grosse Molle, can't ever go wrong with that.
Although Pabst Blue Ribbon was my draft day beer for my hockey pool, and I did quite fine. So since I have money on NJ for the cup, it would be my poison of choice for the Finals but I guess I'll be stuck with Koff, Olvi or Karjala around here anyway.
