OT : Wings vs Oilers

Oilers lead 4 to 3 late in the 3rd...

[edit] It is over, congrats to Edmonton. I hope this will inspire the Habs to win tomorrow

If they hadn't made the deadline deal for Roloson, they would have had no chance.

That was one hell of a great third. I didn't see the first two, but... WOW!

Congrats to Edmonton!

If the Ducks win (and I hope they do), then all division winners will have been eliminated in the West.

Lets hope some Habs players watched that game. Oilers down 2-0 going into the third. If that's not heart and determination, then i dont know what is....True, they got the bounces, but they never backed down. Its the playoffs guys, any team, on any night, can win. Even if you're down, never count ANY team out. Habs might be losing the series, but the war is far from over.

Habs have home ice. Forget about the last two games. This one is more special. Due or die. I dont think the Habs want to leave tomorrow nights game with their heads down. We've got a barn burner tomorrow night. After Edmontons win tonight, I'm more than pumped up for the game tomorrow....and so are the Habs.

Habs in 7.

They have something the Habs don't have right now: more grit, less ballerinas.

Congrats to the Oilers.

All their 4 goals in the third are exactly the type of goals the Habs never score and the reason why our offense sucks. All goals were scored from 2 feet or less. One on a rebound, one on a scramble, one a superb one-timer and one a great individual play.

P.S.
When was the last Habs rebound goal ? In 2001 ?

Honnestly, you guys make me sick. Habs didnt even play tonight, and yet, you still find a way to discourage your team going into a HUGE game....

Harsh, low, ball in the groin, but right on the money.

That had to be the GUTSIEST period of hockey I've watched in a long, long time. I hope the Habs were watching. That's what they need to do tomorrow night.

Way to go Oilers! Here's hoping the Flames win and set up a long-awaited Battle of Alberta!
