Here's hoping Kilger can put it together and contribute to this team. I think he's a great 4th liner with potential to fill in on any of the top three lines if needed.
The past couple of years, he has performed well when placed on the top two lines. He brought a lot of energy when he played on the top 6, but as soon as he was demoted to the 4th, he seemed to dissappear and play with no hustle and no energy.
I hope he can quit his sulking and play hard for this team no matter what line he's on. A line of Begin - Kilger - Langdon would be awesome and very fun to watch.
This is his last chance in my eyes. Put up or .....
remember this guy was a early first rounder.... he better come up forechecking like a demon and laying the body. If he does this andd stays a plus player, then......we have two of the same players Ward/Kilger.
Then I choose Ward. He never has lacked intensity, in any of his call ups. Can you say that about Kilger?
If Kilger comes up great, then his value in the league is better.Hint hint.
