You dont have that many goaltenders. YOu didnt sign Buckner, Dov-Morris or Tremblay. All you have is Houle, Beauchamin and Duchesne.

I say we get naslund because gagne cannot setup for himself and knuble is not a 1st line palyer, and the salary cap might go up.

how about alex burrows, rick rypien and the 2007 first round pick for peter forsberg
guys forget about naslund he aint going nowhere. Hes got a no trade clause and you would have to give up much MUCH more then that to get naslund. Now if you want a canuck lets talk bertuzzi and make it a respectable proposal. The canucks arent going to throw away players just because they missed the playoffs. This team has tons of talent and with a few changes can be back up in the mix next season. As far as cheechoo goes....continue dreaming my friend hes going to be in san jose with thorton for at least the next two seasons

Give away:
Brashear
Nedved

Trade:
Handzus
Johnsson
Niittymaki

Retire:
Primeau
Desjardins

I think Clarke will do all of the above and get nice players in return...

well, brashear is a UFA so no need to give him to anyone. and so is johnsson, so no need to trade him either.

I wouldnt mind Bertuzzi as long as we arent giving up any of our young core. I think he would be a perfect fit with Umberger/Carter

him and Foppa are like best friends. hed definitly waive for a chance to play together. forsbergs plan was to sign wherever naslund signed but he didnt want to stay in the same division as colorado.
