Not sure I'd want to send him to Hamilton to take a spot away from a youngster who should be getting ice time. If he's still unable to produce by Christmas, then just send him to the press box and buy him out at the end of the season.
It's just too bad that he didn't voluntarily go play for a million dollars in Russia. That would have been win-win for everybody (except of course for the Russian fans).
