Mathieu Melanson?

Saw that he was drafted by the Wild but is he still their property? If not, is he worth a look as an overager or is he only Radulov's product????

Since he's related to our own goalie coach, is there any talk in the Habs environnement that he could have a try-out with us???

no, he's not, the Wilds didn't signed him at the July 30 2005 deadline and re-entered NHL draft but wasn't taken and because he's born in 1985 now he's a FA

I don't like him very much , maybe if they want to do a favor to rollie and give his kid a minor league deal .

Quebec @ Moncton on Sportsnets right now so you can watch for yourself .

If we can sign him , he could be a good addition for Hamilton or LongBeach . I seen him play some time this year and he's good , but not more

He was already invited to the rookie camp, so they must not have been too impressed with him.

He also played two 2005-2006 preseason games with the Hamilton Bulldogs, registering 1 assist...

That's all I have on my side. I don't have any sources, only an MS Excel doc in which I compile stats for each Canadiens and Bulldogs season...

If Quebec @ Moncton is on SNET tonight, it will be interesting to see what Joey Ryan can do. He's expected to go anywhere from 20 to 50 in the upcoming draft.

he's most likely to go 50 than go 20 imo.
