Basic Soccer/Football question

Hey, I wasn't sure where to post this. (sorry in advance)

Sometimes when I'm looking at soccer stats I see the abrbeviations: "CS" "RC" "YC"

I know RC and YC are red and yellow card, but what does "CS" stand for?

Thanks!

I think it means clean sheets (ie: shutouts). In what context do you see it in? For team stats?

Basically stats don't mean much anyway in football so you don't have to worry too much about them.

One of the biggest differences with your typical North American sport.
