**** this ref. Call the game right.

Pack are getting hooked all the way up the ice and we hook someone so tiny and they call it and then ignore the guy running holt.

Tremendous breakdown in front. 3 on none essentially in front of Holt.

ROFLMAO, a pack player got taken down and he bowled into the other pack player and it led to a 3 on 0. This is a joke.

One of the Portland players tripped up the Pack player and he fell into the other pack defenseman leaving 3 guys alone down low.

Even if Portland played with an empty net the rest of the period, the pack still couldn't convert... fizzle...

I am a bit dissapointed. Its the PO's, their 3rd straight away and they had a stretch their with 5 straight penaltys. The thing I am most dissapointed with though is HFD's system and team play.

They are playing like all teams did in the NHL during the 80s - early 90's. Forecheck hard with 2 players, the 3rd somewhere inbetween. Even when we forchecks well and wins a puck we have nobody to pass to because we have two guys behind the net and one covering a board. With very small means Schonfield, Gernander and Ulfie should have been able to fix this. You either make a decision to forecheck, or sit back a little. Its a must nowadays. That is also a big reasons why we basically get zero counterattacks. We attack the puck hard in the attacking zone, when we do that we loose every chance to attack the puck hard in the neutral zone. Its when you win the puck in the neutral zone you get a chance to counterattack.

I also have a big issue with the passing game. Especially during our first PP's which where horrendous. Our passing game is nonexcisting. Nobody knows what to do. Its always a coincidence when we get a scoring chance, never some plan behind it.

This is my 8 game watching the Wolf Packs this year. Early in the year we had allot of skill, we tried to play smart game but where extremely unorganized. Now Schonfield have been able to get the guys organized, but in a truely horrible way. Exacly like we where playing in NY for 7 years.

With the talent we have down there it would be OK for me if we didn't win because we made misstakes ect. Not because we don't have gameplan.

The only good thing abouts tonights loss is that if the Pack want to go further, they HAVE to win game 6.

Man, do the Pack stink tonight or what!!!

Maybe Schoenfeld has been taking hints and guidance on how to handle his team, incl. penalty discipline, from Tom Renney, given Renney's success the past 10+ Rangers games. ***LOL***

Game over, Pack lose 4-1 and simply sucked all game long.

No offense. No power play. No spirit. No nothing. Pack stunk tonight.

Portland outshoots the Wolfpack 38-28.

Schoenfeld better get his head out of his ... and start using it.

I love how we had major to work with and the end of it we had a 5 on 3 for 1:30 and we couldn't score.
