Too early to really tell. There are lots of players that are eligible to be UFA in 2007, but many of them may sign long term contracts prior to that. For instance, the Sedins are eligible for UFA after next season, but I fully expect the Canucks to sign them long term this off-season.
That depends on what happens to him this off season... there's a decent chance he'll sign a long term deal either with the Avs or via a sign and trade to some other team. Plus, he hasn't spent much time at center in the NHL.
