Bergeron would be a dream come true...too bad the Bruins will never let him go. And the compensation isn't worth it.

For next season, I'd settle for Robert Lang.

I think it would be difficult to land a lot of guys on that last, i'd be cool with this Lang idea he's a perfect 2nd line center for us IMO. Has size and chemistry with Kovy.

I chose Stoll because he's the best centre of the group who could be available...and he's probably close from the untouchable status...

We can't get any of those guys, they are restricted free agents. Unless you wanna sign one of them way over their value AND give up first rounders.

I hope Bob Gainey gives an offer to Bergeron. Who cares about a first rounder, he's most likely much better then anything we could draft.

No one will make an offer sheet to anyone. But if you do you can expect other teams to target your kids, it's not worth losing Higgins, Komi and Latendresse over one player however good he is. Our drafting is good enough that this would work against us.

This is a ridiculous poll, none of those players are available but if I had to choose I would pick Bergeron.

Just hope that bergeron asks for alot of money on his next contract, boston will be cheap like they usually are and trade him, or sign him and then trade him.

To a division rival? No chance.

Bergeron hates the Habs ( he was a big Nordiques fan ).
He's a good player but if i have to loose my draft choice for a player , it would be Spezza .

I think Spezza is gonna ask for quite a bit more though. And even if Bergeron "hated" the Habs, he's an NHL player now, he goes where his interests lie. If he wants to be closer to his family and in his home province, then he'll come with the Habs. I think Iginla isnt an oiler fan anymore, wouldnt you agree?

All of your proposals are unrealistic but if i had to take someone it would be Nathan Horton by far.
I think that he has the most potential of all the players you listed and he would fit like a glove into the Habs system. He's going to be a beast in a few years if he develop into the player he is projected to become.
Stoll would be my 2nd choice.

Lang would fit rather nicely. Arnot playing left with him would be even better.
