Ex-Habs prospects Larrivée going to play in Norway next year

Christian Larrivée who was playing for the Long Beach Ice Dogs and had been under contract with the Habs from 2002-03 to 2004-05 season signed with the Storhamar Dragons in the Norway Elite League

Yes, last december the Long Beach Ice Dogs was at the show and Larrivee was called down to participate and he won $21,100

I am surprised he is going to Norway. I thought last year that he could catch on as a 4th liner in Hamilton but management let him go. He led Long Beach in scoring and was their best player this year, at one point he was in the top 10 or 20 in scoring. I thought I heard something about him getting an AHL deal with the Sabres farm team but I guess that's not the case. Good luck to him.
