I'm going follow a suggestion from the last round and suggest it's time to add one of the game's early stars: Sprague Claguehorn.

Going way back in the day...

REALLY chippy guy. To say the least; many would say dirty. But he was a really good player. One of the best defensemen of the early days.

Given that his own team suspended him for actions on an opposing player, I think just about everyone outside of Sprague and Mrs. Cleghorn would say he was dirty.

Mrs. Cleghorn would too. Sprague was violent on and off the ice, I read that he beat his wife.

Pilote, the 60's best defenseman and the best d-man during the period between the heyday of Harvey and Orr. That should count for something.

Add Pronger.

I went with Al Mac, but I'm only 16 so he would be the only player on that list that I have ever seen play, along with Stevens.
