Great read.
I agree completely with the chemistry being the reason for their lack of success thus far. With hordes of rookies, only seven (I think it's right) players who played there last year, and several players who aren't quite fluent in english yet. This could make for some troubles with communication and playing as a unit, instead of individuals.

Thanks for the link. That website seems to be pretty good source on the AHL. The report really highlights some of the off-ice challenges that show why it takes time for teams that look good on paper to start performing at the level expected of them.

The site certainly does have good AHL coverage! I know for a fact that they cover out of Hamilton, I am actualy the one who wrote the article, and did all the other ones too!
