Because they're miserly cost-cutting buzzards.

This should be a real good game, The only reason I think the sabres will win is because we are at home otherwise atlanta has a good young team that is going to play us real hard

4-1 Buffalo Brown, Pyatt, Satan, Brier

Now I can understand them not showing a few West Coast games but one at Buffalo should be televised. If this is some ploy to get them to come to the game, it's a really fubar'ed idea.

Sabres 3-2. Late 3rd period goal (possibly by Fitzpatrick).

I'm disappointed the game is not on tv but at least Jeanerette is still available to listen to on radio. It won't be all that bad.

My only prediction is that Buffalo wins 65%+ of the faceoffs.

I have been catching alot of Thrashers games on Center Ice (kovalchuk and Nurminen are on my fantasy team), and they seem to be falling behind early. Hopefully Buffalo will jump on them early tonight, and then play D.

But what a key game to blow. This team will never escape the realm of .500. And it's almost comical how the outcomes of these home tilts against the likes of the Wild and the Thrashers are becoming so predictable. One step forward, two steps back...blah.

Biron screwed the pooch again. The Thrashers announcers were trashing Marty all game. I totally agree with those guys.

Why would Ruff throw Peters on the ice on the end of game? No need.

He deserved to be kicked in the nuts for that. Or fined. Peters definitely wasn't in there to score goals.

Speaking of goals, I watched this game on the dish. You guys really need a number one goalie. Biron is, never was, and never will be the answer.

It's great to see Pyatt finally coming into his own. I guess his emergence officially means Connolly is a bust. I remember everyone with the Islanders saying Connolly would be better than Pyatt. Hmmmm....

I agree, Marty has shown he has possibilities of being a number one, but he just teases us with it, because then games like this he has brain farts, senior moments, where he just forgets what he's doing out there, his focus is gone, this was a game we could have had, the coverage was good but marty just couldnt handle it.
