What kind of value would you stars fans say he has?

Yeah, sucks to say it, but Guerin will remain in Dallas for one more season. Then it's off to free agency!

I would say that the only way that Bill can go away is puting him in a package deal with turco + one more player, but I highly doubt this is possible

In all the way he can't be traded alone.

I think you may be right. He is going into a contract year and he was improved from February on. Perhaps it was a hang-over after being high profile in the CBA negotiations - kind of like the year Modano had when his mind was on his finances. He is on the down side of his career but I think he still has more in the tank than he showed last season. With his trade value so low, I hope this is true since he isn't going anywhere.

One more week and then he will be bought out by the Stars. I doubt Guerin is part of this team next season. Not necessarily for his production but rather because of his salary.

yeah we are gonna need that money off the cap just to make sure we have enough cash to resign lehtinen and morrow after this season.

They should sign them to extensions before the season starts, not after it.
If the Stars don't buyout Guerin and he has like 20+ Goals i wouldn't mind brining him back for 07-08 season if it's for $1.5 million or less.Since he says he wants to stay.
