Danis

What are the chances of Danis taking the #1 spot away from Huet or Aebisher or both? I think he has the talent to be a numebr 1 maybe as early as next year or the year after.

Oufff ... if both Aebischer and Huet play with Habs , the chance is small .. but if it has hurt , all can happen .. but Danis will not be better than Huet or Aebischer now IMO

If Gainey signs Danis, we can be sure that either Aebischer or Danis won't be with the Habs next season.

I would say nil....but 12 months ago who would have guessed Huet would take the #1 spot away from Theodore. Goalies there hardest to predict

Not impossible as others have mentioned we just have to look at Huet. Danis played some decent hockey up here at the startd of the season. If given a chance I think he could be a decent #1.

thats what i think too....huet is the number one, and then keep Danis as the backup. he is young, cheap, lots of potential, and has already proven he can compete in the NHL. aebisher is way too much money to pay for a backup.
