We're expecting another Sharks loss but they fool us with a 4-0 shutout of the Bruins. Nabby's gettin hot.

Jillson scores on the PP and the B's control the tempo of the game against a weary sharks team (the Bruins haven't played since saturday).

Thornton (Joe, not Scott) also puts up 2 points.

3-1 B's.

I'm excetited to actually see the Sharks on TV today.
I think they will pull off a win 4-3.
Goals by Marleau, Primeau, Korolyuk, and Mclaren

In a shocking announcement by the Bruins and Sharks mgmt, it was revealed that the two teams finalized a deal late last night sending underachieving forwards Patrick Marleau and Alex Korolyuk for Joe Thornton and Sergei Samsonov. The four players will suit up for their new teams tonight it what will be an awkward game, to say the least.

In related news, moments after the news was released, die hard Sharks fans ran into the streets of downtown celebrating in local bars, causing a drunken hoopla.

More news to come...

I'd be happy with just swapping Thornton's with them Maybe they won't notice.

Well, after last night's play, I'd say SJ should win, but Boston is going to whip us on this back-to-back.

Toskala Starts, Boston 5 SJ 3

Our hope lies in Washington to pull .500 hockey on this road trip.

Sharks keep up their good play and pull it out 3-2.

Rolston and Murray for the B's, Korky, Cheech and Sturm with the game winner.

Key player tonight: whichever center has to go against Thornton. I think we will see Wilson try to get Primeau out there as much as possible while Sullivan wants to put Joe against Marleau.

Good call.

Sullivan would be silly to not try to match Thornton against Damphousse/Marleau/Korolyuk (assuming the line stays together)... let's hope Marleau decides that he wants to show up Thornton, and shows up bigtime for this game.

I'm predicting a blowout here. 6-2 B's. Goals by Thornton (2), Samsonov (2, and a Shark killer perrennially), Knuble, and Jillson for Boston, and Ekman and Thorty for SJ.

Give Kipper a chance! The other two keepers have one win each...what's the worst he could do?!?

Goal on the first shot. Let's hope Potvin is hung over or something. He has actually played really well lately. Can anyone watching the game discribe the goal?

thanks!

Vinny with his 7th helper on the year.

Marleau, Stuey, and Hannan were also on the ice.

It was a fluke. Tossed on net from just inside the blueline, bounced off a defender's leg and into the net. Can't really blame Potvin, though he could have stopped it.

Thorty from McLaren (at home). 2-0 SJ.

Bad clearing pass taken by McLaren, and passed to Thorty for the tip-in.

The Bruins ountered my idea to skip the second period by starting it in the first.

2-1 Bruins :-)

It's never good to see Tufts reaching for Cheech's ACL...

~Crazed.

It was his MCL, not his ACL. Stupid Crazed.
