Here's hoping all the tests come back negative.

Doesn't sound like it at all in that article. It's probably just a harmless cyst, as the doctors don't seem to think it's a big deal.

The article says that Audette is awaiting results of tests on the growth. Not to sound too callous towards Audette's stress over the matter, but I really hope these tests don't take too long because the last thing the team needs is him continuing to have his mind on his medical problems instead of his on-ice problems. My own preference would be to bench him until the tests come back, as his mind probably isn't in the game anyway, but it appears that CJ insists on playing him game in game out.

Damn when I read they were removing a malignant growth from Our Debt's neck I thought that would mean we wouldn't have to look at his ugly head anymore.

No matter how bad he is doing one only wishes him the best and hopes everything is alright.

Let's all hope it was the "monkey" removed from his back! Good luck Audette.

I saw an interview with him on RDS this morning. He seemed fine. He had a plaster on his neck, and said that he was waiting for the results. The docs are checking out if there's any trace of cancerous activity (in his neck, not in the team... ).

He really didn't seemed alarmed by the matter. Looks like everything will be OK for him after all.
