I'd say Carter by himself is a 20 goal scorer, and a 30 goal scorer with the right linemates. He really shouldn't get much more than $2 million, but I guess we'll see. I would think his goal will be more a long term deal, anone want to sign him for 3 years?
Some irresponsible team will throw a lot of money at McKee (Toronto? Philly? Pittsburgh? Rangers?) - around $4 M/year in a long term deal. I don't think teams ever do their homework anymore before signing these guys. He doesn't play PP; he's basically a 5th defenseman. Look at the team he was on:
